Terms and Conditions

1. SERVICE.

We are a tour operator located in Cusco, Peru, responsible for operating different destinations both in our country. We provide quotes and reservations for the different tours we offer, and also design tours based on the requests and interests of potential travelers. These tours include accommodation services, air transportation (domestic flights) and land transportation, guiding services, restaurants, among other required services. We also guarantee quality service both from our side and from our suppliers at each destination.

2. INSURANCE.

For the safety of our travelers, we recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance in advance, with the safety of each traveler as a top priority.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS.

It is important to have a valid passport to travel without any inconvenience. We will provide you with the necessary and updated information required to enter both Peru and Bolivia according to your country of origin.

4. PRIVACY.

We will require your personal data and a copy of your passport to make the necessary reservations for various services such as hotels, air tickets, land tickets, entrance tickets to certain destinations, and others. We guarantee that this information will be handled appropriately and only for the mentioned purposes.

5. HEALTH.

We recommend that you and your companions be in good health before traveling so that no health conditions arise that could affect your vacation during your visit to our country or Bolivia. If you have any health conditions, please inform us in advance.

6. ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF OVERBOOKING OF DOMESTIC FLIGHTS.

There is a possibility of overbooking, especially on domestic flights, which is the responsibility of the airline. However, we will provide the necessary assistance to ensure that your trip is not affected as long as it is within our hands.

7. PAYMENT, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES.

• PAYMENTS.

To confirm your reservation, we require a payment of 30% of the total price of the selected tour per person. The remaining 70% must be paid 35 days before the start of your trip.

• TRIP CANCELLATIONS.

. 60 days or more before the travel date: Full refund minus a commission of USD 150.00 per person.

. Between 31 to 60 days before the travel date: 60% refund of the total price.

. Between 16 to 30 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the total price.

. Between 8 to 15 days before the travel date: 25% refund of the total price.

. If the trip is canceled 7 days or less before the travel date, no refund will be given.

• CANCELLATION AND/OR POSTPONEMENT OF DOMESTIC FLIGHTS.

Regarding domestic flights, cancellation and/or postponement policies are different depending on the airline's regulations. If the travel date is modified, an additional fee must be paid to the airline, which will be covered by the traveler. In case of cancellation, a penalty of USD 65.00 per person and per route will apply.

• CANCELLATION AND/OR POSTPONEMENT OF INCA TRAIL ENTRIES (2-DAY AND 4-DAY).

If you reserve entries for the Inca Trail (both 2-day and 4-day), a payment of USD 150.00 per person is required, which is non-refundable, as the travel date cannot be modified, and the entry is non-transferable according to the Ministry of Culture's guidelines, the entity responsible for issuing these tickets.

• CANCELLATION AND/OR POSTPONEMENT OF ENTRIES TO MACHU PICCHU, HUAYNAPICCHU, AND MACHU PICCHU MOUNTAIN.

Similarly, tickets for Machu Picchu, Huaynapicchu, and Machu Picchu Mountain are non-refundable due to the Ministry of Culture's guidelines. The non-refundable amounts are USD 50.00 for the Machu Picchu entry and USD 60.00 for Huaynapicchu and Machu Picchu Mountain.
