LIMA

Day 1: Arrival in Lima and City Tour

Morning: Arrive at Lima International Airport, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Take some time to rest and acclimate to your surroundings.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, enjoy a City Tour of Lima, exploring the historic center of the city, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. You’ll visit Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, the Government Palace, and the Convent of San Francisco, known for its impressive colonial architecture and catacombs. Enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean in the modern district of Miraflores.

CUSCO

Day 2: Arrival in Cusco and City Tour

Morning: After breakfast, take a flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel to rest and adapt to the altitude.

Afternoon: In the afternoon, embark on a City Tour of Cusco. You’ll visit Plaza de Armas, the Cusco Cathedral, and the Temple of the Sun (Qorikancha). You’ll also explore nearby ruins such as Sacsayhuamán, where you can enjoy spectacular views and learn more about the Inca civilization.

Day 3: Chinchero, Moray, Salt Mines, and Ollantaytambo (Overnight in the Sacred Valley)

Morning: Start your day with a visit to Chinchero, a charming town known for its traditional textiles. Next, you’ll explore the archaeological site of Moray, with its impressive circular terraces used by the Incas for agricultural experimentation.

Midday: Continue to the Salt Mines of Maras, where you’ll see the historic salt ponds in operation, an ancient method of salt extraction.

Afternoon: Conclude your day in Ollantaytambo, an impressive Inca archaeological site. Here, you’ll walk through the ancient streets of the village and admire its famous fortress. In the evening, you’ll be transferred to the Sacred Valley, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

Day 4: Machu Picchu and Return to Cusco

Morning: From the Sacred Valley, you’ll take a train to Aguas Calientes, the town near Machu Picchu. From there, a bus will take you up to the citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You’ll have time to explore its monumental ruins, including the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana (Inca solar clock), and the Main Plaza, while enjoying the breathtaking views.

Afternoon: After your visit to Machu Picchu, you’ll return by train to Cusco, enjoying the spectacular Andean landscape along the way. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Cusco to rest.

CUSCO

Day 5: Farewell and Transfer to the Airport

Morning: After a delicious breakfast, you’ll have some free time depending on your flight schedule. Take the opportunity to shop for souvenirs or enjoy a last walk around Cusco.

Transfer: Finally, you will be transferred to Cusco Airport for your flight back to Lima or your next destination.
