We accept cash payments upon arrival in Peru. Additionally, for tour confirmation, we accept deposits via Western Union, MoneyGram, and bank deposits.

• To confirm your reservation, we require an initial payment of a mutually agreed-upon percentage. Once this payment is made, our team will send you a detailed email with the confirmation and your reservation receipt.

• The remaining percentage is payable in cash upon arrival in Peru.

These countries do not require a passport; they can only enter with their DNI or national identity card. Note: All documents required for entry to Peru must be valid for at least six months prior to your trip.

We request a photo of the passport or document with which you will travel to Peru. Please note that said document must be valid for at least 6 months before it expires. This requirement is mandatory for you to enter Peru.

Cusco is one of the safest cities for tourism, so it's important to always carry your original documents with you. Furthermore, it's especially important to present original documents when entering any tourist destination or using any tourist service.

You must go to a Tourist Police Station in the city where you lost your documents. There, you will file a "Police Report" for the loss of your document. At the police station, they will ask you to make a payment to the Banco de la Nación (National Bank), so they can provide you with a lost document, and with this document, you can continue your trip.

This report must be filed in person by the person who lost their documents. Also, a piece of advice: it's always best to have a copy of their document or a photo.
